Privacy

Full policy coming. Until it is published, here is a plain summary of what HueInk keeps and why. We only keep what the app needs to work.

What we store

• Your account: your email address, your name, and your HueInk plan: Free, a subscription (with its billing period and the date it renews or ends, as reported by our checkout provider), or the one-time licence and add-ons you bought.
• Your posts, as data: the text, language, style, layout and which illustration you picked. Posts are not stored as images. The picture is made in your browser when you download it.
• Your files: logos, signatures and profile pictures you upload, and illustrations HueInk draws for you. Uploads are converted automatically and their hidden details (such as camera or location data) are removed. They are kept in private storage that only you can open.
• Daily usage counts: how many new texts and drawings you made today, for the Fair Use Policy.
• Sign-in cookies: needed to keep you signed in. The help center also remembers in a cookie which articles you rated, so you vote only once.

What we don’t store

• Your card or bank details. Payments and subscriptions are handled by our checkout provider.
• Your Instagram password. HueInk never connects to your Instagram account.

Who else sees it

When you ask HueInk to write or draw something new, the words you type are sent to the AI service that produces the result. They are not used to identify you.

When you create an account, a security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) makes sure you are a person and not a bot. To do this, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical signals from your browser and device. We use the result only to protect sign-up from abuse.

Payments and subscriptions are handled by our checkout provider, PayMagick, and its payment processor. They tell us when a payment, renewal or cancellation happens so we can keep your plan up to date.

How long we keep it

Your posts and files are kept while your account exists. If you delete your account, all your data and files are removed within 30 days.
