How to draw a new illustration with AI
Can't find the right drawing? Describe it and HueInk draws it for you in the same black ink style.
Before you start
- Creator, Pro or Studio. New AI drawings are not part of the Free plan. On the Free plan you can try it with the 7-day Pro trial (see How to start your 7-day Pro trial).
Steps
On the Illustrations screen
- Go to Illustrations.
- In Draw something new, describe what it should show (for example "a samovar with a small plate of lemon slices").
- Pick an Ink style: Line art, Engraving, Pen sketch or Fashion plate.
- Click Draw 2 options.
While editing a post
- Open the Illustration tab and click Draw new.
- Describe the drawing, pick an ink style and click Draw it.
What to expect
After about 10 seconds the drawing appears. It is cleaned to pure black ink on white and saved to My AI illustrations, where only you can see it. In the editor it is placed on your post straight away.
If something goes wrong
- Daily limit message — you can draw up to 20 new illustrations a day under the fair-use policy. Library illustrations are unlimited. The limit resets at midnight (UTC).
- "We couldn't draw that just now" — try again in a minute. Failed drawings don't count against your limit.
