How to start your 7-day Pro trial
On the Free plan you can try every Pro tool for 7 days, once, without a card. Nothing is charged when the trial ends.
Before you start
- A free HueInk account with a confirmed email (you clicked the link in the sign-up email).
- The trial is once per email address, even if an account is deleted and made again. Variations of the same inbox (for example name+extra@gmail.com) count as the same address. Accounts with a paid plan don't need it.
Steps
- Open any Pro tool that is locked on Free, for example Plan, Stories or Carousels, or go to Account (your initials, top right). You also see the offer at the end of setup ("Want more today? Try Pro for 7 days"), on Create once today's free post is made, and on the Plans page.
- Click Start 7-day Pro trial.
What to expect
The page opens with the Pro tools unlocked, and a slim bar at the top of every page shows how many days are left ("Pro trial: 7 days left · See plans"). On the last two days the bar says when the trial ends ("Your Pro trial ends tomorrow") with a Keep Pro link to the plans. During the trial you get:
- the full quote and illustration library and no "Made with HueInk" mark;
- new AI texts and drawings (up to 50 texts and 10 drawings a day);
- Plan my month, series, grid preview and ZIP downloads;
- Stories & Highlights and Carousels & Reels;
- up to 3 Instagram profiles.
When the 7 days are over, your account goes back to Free on its own. We also email you about two days before the end, on the last day and the day after (with how many posts you made). You can turn these reminders off in Account → Emails or with the link at the bottom of the email; the bar at the top of the app still shows the days left. You don't get them if you already chose a paid plan.
The first time you open HueInk after the trial, a Your Pro trial has ended window shows what you made (for example "18 posts planned for November, 12 still to post"), what stays and what stops, with the plans. Click Continue on Free to close it; it doesn't come back.
After the trial:
- Your posts stay. Posts you made during the trial don't count toward Free's one post a day.
- Plan my month stays visible. Your planned month is still there to look at, open and download, and the posts show up in Today on their day. Planning again, regenerating and moving posts need a paid plan.
- Extra profiles are kept but locked. Free includes one profile: the first one stays in use; the others show Locked on the Profiles page with Upgrade to use @… again. Their posts, brand kits and plans are kept. To use a different profile on Free, delete the ones you don't need.
- Free limits apply again (one new post a day, starter library, the small mark).
If something goes wrong
- "This account has already had its 7-day Pro trial" — the trial can be used once per email address. See the plans to keep Pro.
- "We couldn't start the trial just now" on an account under review — accounts we're checking (for example after a payment dispute) can't start a trial. Write to support.
- "Please confirm your email first" — open the link in the email we sent when you signed up, then try again.
- The button isn't there — your account already had the trial or has a paid plan. You'll see See plans instead.
