How to download your data or delete your account

You can download everything HueInk stores about you at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account.

Steps

To download your data:

1. Open Account (your initials at the top right).
2. Under Your data, click Export my data. A file named hueink-my-data-<date>.json is downloaded.

To delete your account:

1. First download your posts: click Download my posts, then use Select and Download ZIP in My posts.
2. Back in Account, click Delete account.
3. Optionally tell us why, then click Request deletion.

What to expect

• The export contains your account details, profiles, posts, purchases, daily usage and the list of your uploaded files.
• After a deletion request, Account shows Deletion requested. We delete your account, profiles, posts and uploaded files within 30 days and email you when it is done. A deleted purchase cannot be restored.

If something goes wrong

• Changed your mind? Email support before the deletion is done.
