How to see what you bought
Account lists what your account includes: your plan (Free, Creator, Pro or Studio) or, if you bought HueInk with a one-time payment, your licence and add-ons such as Multi-Profile Studio.
Steps
- Click your initials at the top right to open Account.
- Look at Your purchases.
What to expect
Each item shows Active and when you got it. Multi-Profile Studio also shows how many profiles you use. One-time licences and add-ons include all future updates.
In-app upgrades (for example Upgrade to Commercial · $20) and add-ons open soon through our checkout; for now these buttons are shown but not active. Receipts and invoices come by email from our checkout.
If something goes wrong
- "No purchases on this account" — sign in with the email address from your receipt (see Where is my purchase?).
