How to download many posts at once (ZIP)
You can download a whole month, or any posts you choose, as one ZIP file with a picture for every post and a captions.txt file with all the captions.
Before you start
- Some posts in Plan or My posts.
- Creator, Pro or Studio. On the Free plan the button reads Download ZIP · Creator; download posts one at a time instead. On the Free plan you can try it with the 7-day Pro trial (see How to start your 7-day Pro trial).
Steps
To download a month:
- Go to Plan and pick the month.
- Click Download ZIP.
To download posts you choose:
- Go to My posts.
- Click Select, then click the posts you want (or Select all).
- Click Download ZIP.
What to expect
HueInk prepares the pictures on your device and shows the progress. The ZIP contains one picture per post (1080 × 1350 pixels), named by date and profile, plus captions.txt with each post's caption (the one you see in the editor) and your first comment, if you set one in Brand kit.
If something goes wrong
- It takes a while — big months take a little longer because every picture is drawn on your device. Keep the page open until the download starts.
- "The ZIP could not be created" — reload the page and try again.
