How to use the Today list to post every day
Today shows what to post today, ready to download, with the caption to copy. HueInk never posts on Instagram for you: you post it yourself, then mark it as posted.
Before you start
- A plan with posts for today (see How to plan a whole month of posts).
Steps
- Go to Today.
- Click Download to save the picture to your phone or computer.
- Click Copy caption. Every post gets a ready caption: the post text plus your hashtag set from Brand kit. You can change it in the editor.
- Post the picture on Instagram and paste the caption.
- Back in HueInk, click Mark as posted. Made a mistake? Click Undo.
Tip: Use Week and Month at the top to see what is coming.
What to expect
- Streaks counts the days in a row you posted on each profile.
- Overdue: a planned post from the last 30 days that you have not marked as posted shows at the top, under Overdue. Post it and click Mark as posted, or click Move to today.
- Coming up shows the next three days.
- With Multi-Profile Studio, Today shows all your profiles together; use the chips at the top to see one profile at a time.
- Reminder (marked Available soon): you can choose a morning reminder time now. Email and phone reminders are not sent yet; your choice is saved so they start on their own.
If something goes wrong
- "Nothing planned for today" — plan your month, or open Week to see the next posts.
- Copy caption did not work — select the caption text and copy it yourself.
