How to send a pitch email to a brand

Studio has four email templates for working with brands, in English and Romanian, filled in with the numbers from your media kit.

Before you start

• The Studio plan, the Agency plan or Agency Lite.
• A saved media kit, so your numbers, rates and email are filled in.

Steps

1. Go to Studio and open Pitch emails.
2. Choose the email: First pitch, Follow-up, Rate reply or After-campaign report.
3. Choose English or Romanian.
4. Type the brand's name, the contact person and your idea (or your results, for the report).
5. Read the email on the right and change anything you like.
6. Click Copy email and paste it into your email app.

Write it in another language

1. Under Write it in another language, choose a language. Your profile's language is chosen first.
2. Click Write in …. We rewrite the email so it reads naturally in that language.
3. Check names, numbers and prices before you send it.

This uses one new AI text from today's allowance under the Fair Use Policy.

Tip: anything in [square brackets] still needs your words. Replace it before you send the email.

If something goes wrong

• "You've written … new AI texts today" – you've reached today's fair-use limit. The templates still work; the rewrite is available again tomorrow.
• "We couldn't rewrite the email just now" – try again in a minute. Nothing was used from your allowance.
