How to set up your brand kit
The brand kit holds your signature and the defaults for new posts of one profile: language, style, topic, format, your voice, hashtags and first comment.
Before you start
- At least one profile. Each profile has its own brand kit.
Steps
- Go to Brand kit. If you have several profiles, click the profile's name at the top.
- Set your Signature (see How to add your signature or logo) and your Text font (see How to choose the font of your quotes).
- Under Defaults for new posts, choose the Language, Style, Topic and Format.
- In Your voice, in a sentence, describe how you write (for example "Gentle, a little ironic, no clichés"). New texts are written with this in mind.
- Add your Hashtag set and an optional First comment.
- Under Grid preview details, add a profile picture and a bio.
- Click Save brand kit.
What to expect
The preview on the right updates as you change the signature. Your hashtag set is added to the caption of each new post, and to Copy caption on Today and the captions file in ZIP downloads. The first comment is included in ZIP downloads.
If something goes wrong
- "You have unsaved changes" — click Save brand kit before switching to another profile.
