How to sign in to HueInk

You sign in with the email address of your HueInk account. If you signed up for free, that is the email you signed up with. If you bought HueInk, your account was created for you with the same email address you used at checkout — the one your receipt was sent to — so you don't need to create an account or choose a password first.

Before you start

• A HueInk account: a free account, a subscription, or a one-time purchase.
• Access to the inbox of your account's email address.

Steps

1. Go to hueink.com and click Sign in in the top right corner.
2. Type your account's email address (for a purchase, the one on your receipt).
3. Click Email me a sign-in link.
4. Open the email from HueInk and click the link inside.

Tip: open the link on the same phone or computer, in the same browser, where you asked for it. The link only works there.

What to expect

You land in HueInk, signed in. The link works once and for one hour. Next time, just ask for a new link the same way.

• Password: if you have set a password, type it under Password and click Sign in with password. To set one, see How to set or reset your password.

If something goes wrong

• The email doesn't arrive — see I didn't get the sign-in email.
• The link says it has expired — see My sign-in link doesn't work.
• You bought with a different email — use that email to sign in. If you can't remember which one, write to support and include your receipt.
